It is made from hand-picked olives that are cold-pressed within 24 hours in a continuous extraction process.
Lightly fruited with fresh notes of almonds and grass, balanced in its delicate bitter and spicy flavours.
It comes packaged in 500 ml bottles or 5 liters bag-in-boxes.
