Feudo is an area of 11 hectares, receiving the mild breeze from the Adriatic Sea and the cold gust of the Gran Sasso, and sun rays from dawn to dusk.
A small lake collects the rainfalls and hosts a rich wildlife.
The soils are extremely clay-rich. Altitude is between 300 and 400 meters.
